Just listened to you speak on Q 77 radio. Excellent. You beat me to the punch as I was considering writing something much the same. After four years of investigations into the interior BC failing economy I have discovered that the residents are far too complacent while waiting for the government to take action. Salmon arm is a crumbling city whereas the people fail to see the opportunity to be the first to turn such a tragedy around. It appears they work against each other, while not seeing or understanding where the rotten seed lies that’s created an unforeseen horrible foundation. I will refer them to your wonderful book, the boiling frog dilemma. Someday I hope to listen to you speak in our city.
